Brief Description: This Determination will have the effect, from 1 January 2006, of designating vaccines that were available under the repealed section 9B of the National Health Act 1953 at any time during the period of 60 days immediately before the commencement of paragraph 9B(7)(b) as a 'designated vaccine' under the new section 9B of the Act.
