Brief Description: These Regulations amend the Corporations Regulations 2001 to repeal regulation 2M.6.03 and Schedule 5A thereby requiring bank and life insurance companies to comply with the accounting standards under Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act 2001 rather than the financial reporting requirements in the Banking Act 1959 and the Life Insurance Act 1995.
