Nature of Rectification: 9/02/2010 4:07:07 PM: To correct regulation 19 by deleting “a superannuation annuity plan” and reinserting “an eligible superannuation plan” and substituting “an eligible annuity” with “a superannuation annuity”, as per the instruction in item [32] of SLI 2007 No. 151.1/03/2010 10:37:22 AM: To correct regulation 26 by deleting “a superannuation annuity plan” and reinserting “an eligible superannuation plan” and substituting “an eligible annuity” with “a superannuation annuity”, as per the instruction in item [32] of SLI 2007 No. 151.
Reason for Rectification: 9/02/2010 4:07:07 PM: The instrument lodged and registered as F2010C0009 was erroneous in that regulation 19 does not accurately reflect regulation 19 as made, and amended by SLI 2005 No. 89 and SLI 2007 No. 151.1/03/2010 10:37:22 AM: The instrument lodged and registered as F2010C00009 was erroneous in that regulation 26 does not accurately reflect regulation 26 as made, and amended by SLI 2005 No. 89 and SLI 2007 No. 151.
