Nature of Rectification: 18/05/2007 10:12:13 AM: To insert missing text in column 3 after paragraph 6402.91 (a) (ii) in section beginning ‘For all other goods of subheading 6402.91: Either: ’ in Schedule 1, Part 2, table, Chapter 64 of the Customs (Australia-US Free Trade Agreement) Regulations 2004 which was substituted by item 46 of Schedule 1 of the Customs (Australia-US Free Trade Agreement) Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 1) (SLI 2006 No. 330) which was inadvertently omitted during the substitution.
Reason for Rectification: 18/05/2007 10:12:13 AM: The instrument as lodged in electronic form and registered F2007C00068 was erroneous in that item 6402.91 does not reflect item 6402.91 as substituted by the Customs (Australian-US Free Trade Agreement) Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 1) (SLI 2006 No. 330) as made by the rule-maker on 01/01/2007.
