Nature of Rectification: 21/04/2006 9:20:29 AM: To correct Schedule 1, Form 2, para (b) (ii) of the Service and Execution of Process Regulations 1993 to insert 'days' before the word 'before' first occurring and '[issuing court or authority] permitting the attached subpoena' after the words 'order made by'.
Reason for Rectification: 21/04/2006 9:20:29 AM: The instrument as lodged in electronic form and registered F2004C00245, was erroneous in that Schedule 1, Form 2, para (b) (ii) does not reflect Schedule 1, Form 2, para (b) (ii) of the original instrument as made by the rule-maker on 1 April 1993.
