Nature of Rectification: 25/02/2008 4:16:00 PM: To replace the headings to Schedule 3A, 3B and 11AA to reflect the amendments made by items 11, 12 and 13 of Schedule 1 of the Copyright Amendment Regulations 1998 (No. 1) (SR 1998 No. 359) and item 33 of Schedule 1 of the Copyright Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 2) (SR 2001 No. 8).
Reason for Rectification: 25/02/2008 4:16:00 PM: The instrument lodged and registered as F2007C00004 was erroneous in that the headings to Schedule 3A, 3B and 11AA do not accurately reflect the amendments made by the Copyright Amendment Regulations 1998 (No. 1) (SR 1998 No. 359) made by the rule-maker on 17/12/1998 and amendment made by the Copyright Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 2) (SR 2001 No. 8) made by the rule-maker on 6/02/2001.
