This instrument provides that where prior written consent is given by the New South Wales Minister for Mineral Resources, allowing license or authority holders referred to in the Native Title (Right to Negotiate (Exclusion) - NSW Land) Determination No. 1 of 1996 to carry out certain activities over land, the giving of that prior written consent is an act to which the right to negotiate provisions of the Native Title Act 1993 apply.
