Rectification Details

Nature of Rectification:	To correct missing text in Schedule 1A (Part 3 item 10 (b) and the first 3 bullet points) in the pdf version of the Fisheries Management Regulations 1992 which is not a true reflection of the Word document and the law at that time.
Reason for Rectification:	The Instrument lodged in electronic form and registered as F2005C00123 was incorrect in that Schedule 1A (part 3 item 10 (b) and the first 3 bullet points) was not a true reflection of the law as amended by Schedule 1 (item 2) of the Fisheries Management Amendment Regulations 2000 (No. 2) (SR 2000 No. 92) as made.
