In this instrument the Attorney-General approves alternative methods for valuing, for the purposes of the family law and superannuation reforms in Part VIIIB of the Family Law Act 1975, superannuation interests that members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland, with 8 years or more service, have in the Queensland Parliamentary Contributory Superannuation Fund.
