Rectification Details

Nature of Rectification:	To add item number ‘120’ to ‘Commonwealth Ombudsman Officer’ entry after item 119A to remove the word ‘Superannuation’ from column 3 in the same item;and to add the word ‘Superannuation’ to column 3 after ‘Commissioner for’ in item 122 in Part 1 of Schedule 1 of the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.
Reason for Rectification:	The instrument lodged and registered as F2006C00411 was erroneous in that the items 120 and 122 in Part 1 of Schedule 1 do not reflect the items as made by the rule-maker on 26/11/1997 (SR 1997 No. 328) and amended.
