Rectification Details

Nature of Rectification:	(Vol 02 Sch 1 clause 1223A): To remove (i) and (ii) after paragraph 1223A (1) (a).
Reason for Rectification:	(Vol 02 Sch 1 clause 1223A): The instrument lodged and registered as F2005C00488 was erroneous in that paragraph 1223A (1) (a) does not accurately reflect paragraph 1223A (1) (a) as amended by SR 2005 No. 133 [item 2 in Schedule 6].
