Rectification Details

Nature of Rectification:	To remove subsection 7 (2) of the Radiocommunications (Electromagnetic Radiation – Human Exposure) Standard 2003 which was not deleted when section 7 was substituted.
Reason for Rectification:	The instrument as lodged and registered F2007C00199, was erroneous in that section 7 does not reflect section 7 as substituted by item [6] of the Radiocommunications (Electromagnetic Radiation – Human Exposure) Amendment Standard 2007 (No. 1) made by the rule-maker on 28/03/2007.
