Inspector of Transport Security Act 2006
Remuneration for the Inspector of Transport Security
I, MARK ANTHONY
JAMES VAILE, Minister for Transport and Regional Services, under section 28 of
the Inspector of Transport Security Act 2006 (the Act), SPECIFY
that the remuneration to be paid to the Inspector of Transport Security is:
(a)
$375.00 per hour to a maximum of $3000.00 per day for each day on which
the Inspector performs functions under the Act; and
(b)
$4167.00 per month.
This instrument
commences on 8 June 2007 and ceases to have effect on 31 December 2007.
