Rectification Details
Nature of Rectification:
To delete the definition “viable material” after subregulation 2 (5) and reinsert after the definition of “therapeutic use” in subregulation 2 (1).
Reason for Rectification:
The instrument lodged and registered F2008C00675 was erroneous in that subregulation 2(1) does not accurately reflect subregulation 2(1) as made and amended by the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 1) (SR 2003 No. 18) made by the rule-maker on 2/2/2003.
