This Determination was partly made under subsection 54(1) of the Australian Communications Authority Act 1997 and is continued in force under subsection 64(1) of the Australian Communications and Media Authority Act 2005 (see Schedule 4, item 12 of the Australian Communications and Media Authority (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2005).
