Transitional (1) The amendments made by items [2] to [4] of Schedule 1 apply to a small generation unit that is a solar (photovoltaic)system installed after 31 October 2010. (2) The amendments made by items [2] to [4] of Schedule 1 apply to a small generation unit, other than a solar (photovoltaic) system, installed after 19 December 2010.
