I, STEPHEN MICHAEL CONROY, Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, under subsection 115(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992, hereby amend the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010 made under subsection 115(1) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

1.         Name of Notice

 

This Notice is the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010 (Amendment No. 14 of 2011).

 

2.         Commencement

 

This Notice commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

 

3.         Definitions

 

In this Notice:

 

Principal Notice means the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010.

 

4.         Amendments

 

Substitute Item 5.1 of the Schedule to the Principal Notice with the following:

 

5.1       Each match in the National Rugby League Premiership competition, including the Finals Series, except for the second preliminary final match between Melbourne Storm and New Zealand Warriors to be played on Saturday 24 September 2011 as part of the Finals Series of the 2011 National Rugby League Premiership competition.
