Brief Description: These Regulations assist in the establishment of a Commonwealth system of trade measurement that replicates or substantially corresponds to, the existing State and Territory Uniform Trade Measurement Law (the UTML). The Regulations differ from the UTML in how they regulate discrepancies between the quantity of goods stated on a package and the actual quantity of goods in that package.
