Nature of Rectification: 22/08/2007 1:38:03 PM : (Vol 02, Sch 1, clause 1223A): To remove (i) and (ii) after paragraph 1223A (1) (a).

24/08/2007 4:46:50 PM (Vol 04, Sch 2, Division 426.3): To remove subdivision 426.31 (clauses 426.311 and 426.312) and subdivision 426.32 (clauses 426.321 to 426.328) in Schedule 2 which were not omitted during a substitution of Division 426.3 by SLI 2006 No. 159 [item 6 of Schedule 3].

Reason for Rectification: 22/08/2007 1:38:03 PM: (Vol 02, Sch 1, clause 1223A): The instrument lodged and registered as F2006C00635 was erroneous in that paragraph 1223A (1) (a) does not accurately reflect paragraph 1223A (1) (a) as amended by SR 2005 No. 133 [item 2 in Schedule 6].
24/08/2007 4:46:50 PM (Vol 04, Sch 2, Division 426.3): The instrument as lodged in electronic form and registered F2006C00635 was erroneous in that Division 426.3 of Schedule 2 does not correctly reflect Division 426.3 of Schedule 2 as amended by the Migration Amendment Regulations (No. 4) (SLI 2006 No. 159) [item 6 of Schedule 3].
