The Australian Meat and Live-stock Industry (High Quality Beef Export to the European Union) Order 2009, as in force immediately before the commencement of this Order, continues to apply to consignments of quota meat that are exported to the EU before the end of 30 June 2010 as if that Order had not been repealed by this Order.
