This determination ceased to have effect when the provisions of the Clean Energy Act 2011 under which it was made were repealed. To the extent that this determination was made under provisions of the Clean Energy Act 2011 preserved for the purpose of managing compliance with 2012-13 and 2013-14 obligations, then they continue to operate for that purpose for as long as those provisions are operative.
