The Modification Declaration No 24 made under the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 provides for transitional arrangements in respect of the amendments to subregulations 6.21(1) and 6.21(1A) of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Regulations 1994 made by the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No 4) (SR No 148 of 2004).
