The Seafarers Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Authority, under subsection 125(1) of the Seafarers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1992 (the Act), has delegated to the Chief Executive Officer of Comcare its functions and powers under section 42 of the Act by resolution dated 22 December 2005 with effect on and from that date.
