The Flora Recovery Plan: Tasmanian Threatened Orchids 2006-2010 and Giant Freshwater Lobster Astacopsis gouldi Recovery Plan 2006-2010 in this legislative instrument are no longer in force under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 as they were replaced by new recovery plans for these species on 17/08/2017 (see F2017L01040) and 18/08/2017 (see F2017L01043) respectively.
