This instrument revokes Customs By-law Nos. 9940022 and 9840006 contained in Customs By-law Nos. 9840001, 9840002, 9840003, 9840004, 9840005, 9840006 and 9840007 and Customs By-law Nos. 9940020, 9940021 and 9940022 with effect from 1 January 2012.
